Can I Live With My Pet?
Many of our homeowners are willing to allow pets with rentals. Tenants must follow the pet policy which can be seen below.

What Happens If There Are Maintenance Items? Who Pays For Maintenance Items?
Maintenance items are common in any property. Tenants simply fill out the maintenance request in the tenant portal, or contact a member of our team via online chat, text, email, or call with the request. Obvious damages are the guests responsibility to pay, regular maintenance items are paid for by the landlord.
What Is A Security Deposit? Is It Fully Refundable?
The security deposit are funds dedicated to the faithful performance by tenants of all terms, covenants, and conditions of the lease agreement. After the property inspections are complete and no damages are found at the end of the lease agreement, the security deposit is fully refunded.
What Does It Cost To Rent?
Rental rates are researched and calculated by real estate professionals for each of our listings. The security deposit and first months rent are due prior to moving in to your new home. Any pet fees will also be due the first month.

* NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS & APPLICANTS: Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.
Pet & Animal Policy
Before final approval is made for your pet, you will be required to submit a pet application through Pet Screening®. On Pet Screening®, you'll need to submit a photo of your pet, and provide vaccination records. The typical pet fee is $25/month additional to the monthly rent for each pet. Acceptable pets include small dog breeds, cats, small caged animals upon approval (such as birds, gerbils, etc), and fish. Aggressive dog breeds will not be allowed. Service animals are allowed and are exempt from pet fees, or application fees on Pet Screening®, but must be registered through the pet screening service. Any animal outside of these categories will not be allowed. All animals must be approved by US Management Services, LLC.
Pet Screening
Pet Screening is a simple and secure tool allowing you to store all the important information about your pet in one place.
All applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets or service/companion animals prior to move-in. Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets, and service/companion animal registration is free.
The benefits of registering your pet with a pet screening service are huge. An online pet screening allows you to consolidate the paperwork required to manage your pet's complicated life all in one place. Profile information includes: photos, vaccinations, microchip, training, behavioral traits as well as a special section for service/companion animals. You'll love easily sharing this information with all the service providers for your pet, including pet sitters, doggie daycares, groomers, veterinarians, and animal hospitals.
