US Property Management

Our Story

US Property Management was founded by Dan and Keith Wachter, a father and son team in 2019. The company was founded out of necessity as short term rental clients from the Wachter's vacation rental management company insisted that they manage their residential properties as well. The name holds two meanings as the Wachters truly love their country and have several close family members who served in the Armed Forces, while also holding meaning of "us" as in family and togetherness.

Our mission at US Property Management is to provide worry free property management to each of our homeowners while upholding family values of honesty and transparency, and providing clean, well maintained, and safe homes to our qualified tenants.
